Requirements

Minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.
Reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Ability to work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain).
Ability to thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to operate iPads/kiosks.
Ability to actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
Commitment to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
Assist customers with their accounts using iPads and Kiosks.
Encourage customers to download and use the company app.
Maintain a neat appearance and professional hygiene with the provided uniform.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Collaborate with a team and learn about the car wash industry.
Ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk continuously for an 8-hour shift.
Work confidently in a loud, fast-paced environment.
