About The Position

We are the official Car Wash of VCU and a proud partner of the Richmond Flying Squirrels and Richmond Spiders. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Guest Service Attendants. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment, with potential for growth within the company. We have over 30 locations and strive to place you at a site convenient to your home. This position involves outdoor work in all weather conditions and requires a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.

Requirements

Meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.
Maintain reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain) and thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service, operate iPads/kiosks, and actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).
Bring a positive attitude to work daily.
Display exceptional customer service skills; bubbly, friendly, outgoing personality.
Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with our professional uniform.
Use your tech skills to navigate through our iPads and Kiosks as you assist customers with their accounts.
Enjoy working with a team and learning new things about the car wash daily.
Show up to work on time and ready to provide a fantastic customer experience to our guests.

Use iPads and Kiosks to assist customers with their accounts.
Encourage customers to download and use the company app.
