We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for our Guest Service Attendant role in a fast-paced, exciting environment. Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain).
• Ability to thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to operate iPads/kiosks.
• Willingness to actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Commitment to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
• Navigate through iPads and Kiosks to assist customers with their accounts.
• Encourage customers to download and use the company app.
• Maintain a neat appearance and professional hygiene with the provided uniform.
• Work collaboratively with a team and learn about the car wash industry.
• Ensure on-time arrival and readiness to provide a fantastic customer experience.
