We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for our Outdoor Guest Service Attendant role in a fast-paced, exciting environment. This position offers opportunities for growth within the company, with a clear path from Guest Service Attendant to Site Leader. The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

Meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.
Maintain reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Bring a positive attitude to work daily.
Display exceptional customer service skills; bubbly, friendly, outgoing personality.
Use your tech skills to navigate through our iPads and Kiosks as you assist customers with their accounts.
Enjoy working with a team and learning new things about the car wash daily.

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer relations.
Experience with chemical application.
Knowledge of core wash technology.

Responsibilities

Learn customer relations, chemical application, and core wash technology.
Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
Encourage customers to download and use our app for a better car care experience.
Assist customers with their accounts using iPads and Kiosks.
Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with our professional uniform.
Show up to work on time and ready to provide a fantastic customer experience to our guests.
Work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain) and thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Operate iPads/kiosks.
Actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).
