About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for our Outdoor Guest Service Attendant role in a fast-paced, exciting environment. This is a full-time or part-time position requiring weekend availability, with opportunities for growth within the company. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, and the chance to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Requirements

Minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.
Maintain reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Ability to work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain).
Ability to thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Operate iPads/kiosks.
Actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service.
Experience with sales.
Familiarity with technology like iPads and kiosks.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude.
Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene while wearing the professional uniform.
Utilize iPads and Kiosks to assist customers with their accounts.
Work collaboratively with a team and learn about the car wash operations.
Ensure punctuality and readiness to provide a fantastic customer experience.
Encourage customers to download and use the company app for an enhanced car care experience.
