We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for our Guest Service Attendant role in a fast-paced, exciting environment. This position offers opportunities for growth, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay. You will learn customer relations, chemical application, and core wash technology. We offer a clear path for advancement to Lead Guest Service Attendant, Assistant Site Leader, and Site Leader roles. This is an outdoor position suitable for those who enjoy working in fresh air year-round. With over 30 locations, you can find a convenient spot close to home.

Requirements

Meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.
Maintain reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain) and thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Bring a positive attitude to work daily.
Display exceptional customer service skills; bubbly, friendly, outgoing personality.
Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with our professional uniform.
Enjoy working with a team and learning new things about the car wash daily.
Show up to work on time and ready to provide a fantastic customer experience to our guests.
Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).

Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
Use tech skills to navigate through iPads and Kiosks to assist customers with their accounts.
Encourage customers to download and use our app for a better car care experience.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Operate iPads/kiosks.
Actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
