We are the official Car Wash of VCU and a proud partner of the Richmond Flying Squirrels and Richmond Spiders. This role offers competitive pay starting at $15/hour, with an average hourly earning of $18.00/hour including bonuses and commissions, and no cap on potential earnings. We provide flexible schedules with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available, and significant growth opportunities with 26% of team members earning promotions last year. Requirements

Meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.
Maintain reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain) and thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service, operate iPads/kiosks, and actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).

Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with our professional uniform.
Use tech skills to navigate through iPads and Kiosks to assist customers with their accounts.
Work with a team and learn new things about the car wash daily.
Show up to work on time and ready to provide a fantastic customer experience to our guests.
Encourage customers to download and use our app for a better car care experience.
