We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for a part-time Outdoor Guest Service Attendant role in a fast-paced, exciting environment. This position requires weekend availability and offers flexible scheduling with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Requirements

Minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.
Reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Ability to work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain).
Ability to thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to operate iPads/kiosks.
Ability to actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
Commitment to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service.
Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with our professional uniform.
Use technology (iPads and Kiosks) to assist customers with their accounts.
Work effectively with a team and learn about the car wash operations.
Ensure punctuality and readiness to provide a fantastic customer experience.
Encourage customers to download and use the company app.
