We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for a full-time Outdoor Guest Service Attendant role in a fast-paced, exciting environment. Requirements

Meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.
Maintain reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain).
Thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Operate iPads/kiosks.
Actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service.
Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with professional uniform.
Use technology (iPads and Kiosks) to assist customers with their accounts.
Work collaboratively with a team and learn about the car wash operations.
Ensure customers show up on time and are ready to provide a fantastic customer experience.
Encourage customers to download and use the company app.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Operate iPads/kiosks.
Actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).
