About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for our Guest Service Attendant role in a fast-paced, exciting environment. This position offers opportunities to learn customer relations, chemical application, and core car wash technology, with clear pathways for career advancement into leadership roles such as Lead Guest Service Attendant, Assistant Site Leader, and Site Leader. The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.

Requirements

Meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.
Maintain reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain).
Thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Operate iPads/kiosks.
Actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
Use iPads and Kiosks to assist customers with their accounts.
Encourage customers to download and use the company app.
Maintain a neat appearance and professional hygiene with the provided uniform.
Work collaboratively with a team and learn about the car wash operations.
Ensure on-time arrival and readiness to provide a fantastic customer experience.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain).
Operate iPads/kiosks.
Actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
