About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for our Guest Service Attendant role in a fast-paced, exciting environment. This position offers opportunities for growth within the company, with potential to advance to Lead Guest Service Attendant, Assistant Site Leader, and Site Leader. The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.
- Reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain).
- Ability to thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to operate iPads/kiosks.
- Willingness to actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
- Commitment to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
- Actively promote and sell memberships to customers.
- Encourage customers to download and use the company app.
- Assist customers with their accounts using iPads and Kiosks.
- Maintain a neat appearance and professional hygiene with the provided uniform.
- Work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Learn customer relations, chemical application, and core wash technology.
