About The Position

Trinity Classical Academy is hiring an Outdoor Disciple to supervise students outdoors. The role involves walking around, observing, and engaging with individual students and groups, and communicating daily with the Outdoor Discipleship Coordinator. The schedule follows the school calendar and will be determined by the supervisor. Candidates must be Christian and demonstrate an authentic, mature personal relationship with Jesus Christ in both their professional and personal lives, along with a calling and commitment to Christian education. They should support the school's mission and cultural values, policies, and practices.

Requirements

Have excellent oral and written command of the English language.
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, faculty, and students from diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.
Have excellent organizational skills.
Be able to establish good and appropriate relationships with students and parents.
