About The Position

SharkNinja Program Managers help own the full new product development process, from concept to shelf, for the company’s Shark and Ninja brands. They establish and drive timelines and resources to develop, manufacture, and bring products to market efficiently while supporting product quality and sales. The Program Manager owns program success, with a focus on scope, cost, and schedule.
