The Content Marketing Manager leads the planning, creation, and management of content across an assigned portfolio of brands. The role translates brand strategies and customer insights into clear, engaging content for websites, email, social media, video, and other channels while maintaining each brand’s distinct voice. Working with Brand Strategy, Field Marketing, the Digital Center of Excellence, and agency partners, the Content Marketing Manager maintains an organized content calendar, ensures materials are accurate and consistent, and uses performance insights to improve content that supports customer engagement, demand generation, and franchisee needs. The role produces consumer-facing content for paid and organic media and uses generative AI and creative production tools to scale and customize assets across seven brands. It develops localized, seasonal, and audience-specific variations for targeted campaigns; maintains marketing toolkits that enable franchisees to execute local campaigns; adapts core brand campaigns to local needs; and gathers field feedback to improve asset adoption and performance. The Content Marketing Manager also maintains hyper-local content to support search visibility, local awareness, and brand value; evaluates content automation platforms and generative AI tools; and manages corporate and franchisee social media content and planning to improve each location’s online presence.
