Requirements

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to treat post-surgical knees, lymphedema, vestibular cases, pelvic floor, and a variety of other orthopedic conditions.
Willingness to provide meaningful one-on-one time with patients.
Ability to work in a collaborative, patient-centered team.

Nice To Haves

Specialization in orthopedics, manual therapy, pain science, dry needling, pelvic floor, lymphedema, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular, neurologic rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.
Interest in becoming an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
Interest in becoming a certified clinical instructor.

Responsibilities

Treat patients, not just evaluate.
Provide hands-on care and individualized treatment.
Work alongside other therapists, PTAs, and techs.
Manage a caseload of general outpatient orthopedics with a mix of ages and diagnoses.
Document patient care through Prompt EMR with AI-assisted notes.
Participate in weekly one-on-ones with the clinic director.
Engage in scheduled weekly meetings and case reviews with clinical leadership for the first year.
Potentially become a mentor, clinic director, program lead, or build a specialty program from scratch.

Benefits

Base salary of $82K to $100K, depending on experience.
Up to $12,500 in bonuses: $5,000 at signing, $3,750 at year two, $3,750 at year three.
Fewer than 11 patients per day, one-on-one, no productivity quota.
