Requirements

Physical Therapist license.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to build a career in orthopedics, pelvic floor, or aquatic therapy.
Willingness to treat a variety of cases including post-surgical knees, lymphedema, vestibular cases, pelvic floor, and geriatric patients.
Desire for clinical variety.

Nice To Haves

Experience in orthopedics, manual therapy, pain science, dry needling, pelvic floor, lymphedema, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular, neurologic rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.
Interest in specializing in pelvic floor, orthopedics, or aquatic therapy.
Interest in becoming a certified clinical instructor.

Responsibilities

Treat patients, not just evaluate.
Provide hands-on care and individualized treatment.
Work alongside other therapists, PTAs, and techs.
Specialize in areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, pain science, dry needling, pelvic floor, lymphedema, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular, neurologic rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.
Complete documentation using Prompt EMR with AI-assisted notes.
Potentially take on roles such as clinic director, program lead, or build a specialty program from scratch within five years.

Benefits

Base salary of $82K to $100K, depending on experience.
Up to $12,500 in bonuses: $5,000 at signing, $3,750 at year two, $3,750 at year three.
Fewer than 11 patients per day, one-on-one, no productivity quota.
Four-day or five-day weeks, with flexible hours.
$1,000 per year for continuing education (more for specialties).

Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification, paid in full.
