Requirements

Physical Therapist license.
New graduates start with a reduced caseload that builds over the first three months.
Must be able to finish notes during working hours (93% of clinicians do).
Must be able to treat post-surgical knees, lymphedema, vestibular cases, pelvic floor, and geriatric patients.
Must be able to provide meaningful one-on-one time with patients.
Must be able to provide hands-on care and individualized treatment.

Nice To Haves

Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification.
Specialization in orthopedics, manual therapy, pain science, dry needling, pelvic floor, lymphedema, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular, neurologic rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.
Interest in building a career in orthopedics, pelvic floor, or aquatic therapy.
Ability to take students as a certified clinical instructor.
Interest in becoming a clinic director, program lead, or building a specialty program.

Responsibilities

Treat patients with general outpatient orthopedic diagnoses.
Provide one-on-one, hands-on care to patients.
Build a caseload that grows over the first three months for new graduates.
Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with the clinic director.
Engage in weekly meetings and case reviews with clinical leadership for the first year.
Potentially become a mentor, clinic director, program lead, or build a specialty program.
Work alongside other therapists, PTAs, and techs.
Utilize Prompt EMR with AI-assisted notes for documentation.

Benefits

Base salary of $82K to $100K, depending on experience.
Up to $12,500 in bonuses: $5,000 at signing, $3,750 at year two, $3,750 at year three.
Fewer than 11 patients per day, one-on-one, no productivity quota.
Four-day or five-day weeks, with flexible hours.
$1,000 per year for continuing education (more for specialties).
License renewal reimbursement.
Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification, paid in full.
