About The Position

As the Treatment Coordinator, you will serve as the Bliss Coordinator, owning the new patient process and ensuring consistent delivery of the Smilebliss mission: Affordability, a Blissful Experience, and Time Efficiency. You will guide patients through consultations, clearly present treatment and financial options, and support confident same-day treatment starts. This role is essential to helping patients understand their options, feel confident in their decisions, and begin treatment efficiently.

Requirements

Dental or orthodontic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the new patient consultation process from examination through treatment decision.
Present treatment recommendations clearly and help patients understand treatment benefits, timelines, and next steps.
Create a positive, efficient, and supportive consultation experience.
Present financial plans and payment options aligned with Smilebliss affordability standards.
Review and accurately complete contracts and required paperwork.
Support and encourage same-day treatment starts.
Coordinate same-day treatment starts, including contracts, consents, and scheduling.
Manage follow-up communication for patients who do not start treatment the same day.
Conduct timely callbacks and continued outreach to support case acceptance.
Maintain accurate contracts, patient records, and financial documentation.
Follow Smilebliss protocols and ensure compliance with office processes.
Communicate effectively with clinical and scheduling teams.
Support practice growth through strong case acceptance and patient coordination.
