About The Position

The Orthodontic Dental Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in helping children achieve lasting, healthy smiles. The role combines front-office coordination with clinical dental assisting experience and involves presenting financial treatment plans and working with dental insurance. The ideal candidate enjoys caring for children, contributes to a collaborative team focused on quality care, is reliable, and seeks professional growth. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with some Fridays for administrative work.

Requirements

• Front-office and clinical dental assisting experience.
• Ability to present financial treatment plans to patients.
• Working knowledge of and experience with dental insurance.
• Back-office dental experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, take direction, and be a flexible team player.
• Reliability and a desire to grow professionally.

Nice To Haves

• X-ray certification preferred.
• Orthodontic experience is a plus.
