About The Position

Molen Orthodontics is hiring a full-time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator in Sumner, Washington. The role coordinates patient treatment plans and helps ensure clear communication between patients and orthodontists. The coordinator educates patients about treatment options and procedures, explains financial responsibilities, assists with appointment scheduling and follow-up visits, maintains accurate records in compliance with privacy regulations, and works with clinical staff to support a smooth patient experience. The position also involves responding to patient inquiries and concerns and assisting with insurance verification, billing, and other administrative tasks. The stated pay range is $25–$27 per hour. Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 2 years of experience working in a dental office.
