Our private dental office is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be the bridge between our patients and our Orthodontic team, providing guidance, support, and clear communication throughout their treatment journey. If you have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping patients obtain their best smiles, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- 2+ years of prior Orthodontic treatment coordinating experience is required
- Knowledge of Dentrix software
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Willing to travel to several of our sister locations in the greater Austin area
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, support, and clear communication to patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Act as a liaison between patients and the Orthodontic team.
