About The Position

Dr. Spiger and team are seeking an experienced, reliable, bilingual Orthodontic Dental Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and creating positive experiences for patients and families. The role involves assisting the orthodontist with procedures and treatments, supporting the clinical team, and helping maintain an organized, efficient clinical environment. The position requires travel between the Willowchase and Telephone Road office locations. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification.
• Orthodontic Dental Assistant license.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

• Previous orthodontic assisting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures and patient treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records.
• Educate patients and families on orthodontic care and treatment instructions.
• Help create a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Maintain organization and efficiency in a busy clinical environment.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Travel between the Willowchase and Telephone Road office locations.
