The Organizational Effectiveness Process Coordinator works under the direction of the OE Manager to implement process and change management initiatives; design feedback loops; produce and distribute multi-channel communications; administer knowledge management platforms and provide systems support. This business-critical role bridges technical systems with human capital to ensure the BCSS department meets local, state, and federal benchmarks while delivering a seamless experience for internal and external customers. Flexible work arrangements and a hybrid (in-office/remote) work schedules are available with a typical requirement of at least 2 days per week in the main Eagle office. The Organizational Effectiveness Team (OET) is a small team, including a manager who works remotely. This team is part of a much larger Human Services Department, most of whom work in the office or hybrid schedules. The team is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, client service delivery, and employee efficacy by developing and implementing strategies, tools, and resources that streamline processes, improve productivity and drive positive change within the Benefits & Community Support Services Division (BCSS). As a unit, the OET strives to align people, processes, systems and resources to support Department, Division and County strategic priorities and deliver the highest quality service and support to internal and external customers, partners, and stakeholders. Benefits & Community Support Services(a division within the Department of Human Services) is responsible for administering a range of critical public assistance programs including Cash, Child Care, Emergency, Energy, Food and Medical Assistance, as well as connecting customers to other vital resources and supports.
