The Manager, Organizational Effectiveness leads the design and implementation of organizational effectiveness and workforce planning solutions, ensuring organizational structures, workforce plans, and talent strategies are aligned with business priorities. This role partners closely with the Strategic Workforce Planning function, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and People Analytics to translate workforce insights into organizational design, restructuring, and capability-building actions. The Manager plays a critical role in optimizing spans and layers, supporting workforce planning cycles, and enabling business transformation initiatives, including restructuring and M&A. Acting as a strategic advisor, this role ensures that organizational decisions are data-driven, forward-looking, and aligned with enterprise talent strategies, supporting sustainable organizational performance and growth.
