The Manager, Organizational Effectiveness and Strategy enables the business to perform at its best by shaping how we’re organized, how leaders lead, and how work gets done - through workforce strategy, organizational design, employee relations, and enterprise execution systems. In this role, you’ll partner with business, operational, and functional leaders to strengthen organizational health, build leadership capability, and elevate the employee experience. You’ll lead the Employee Relations Center of Excellence, performance management, and the employee engagement survey process, using data and business insight to drive practical solutions that improve organizational performance and culture.
