About The Position

This role focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness through talent management, performance management, and job architecture initiatives. The specialist will coordinate and support talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management activities. They will also be responsible for creating practical tools and guidance for leaders, analyzing data to improve processes, and supporting broader organizational projects. The position requires strong collaboration with the HR team and other leaders to align programs with strategic goals and company values. This role is ideal for someone skilled in program building, relationship management, and career development support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years in organizational development, change management, or talent management.
  • Knowledge of talent development practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to create practical resources and guidance that help others apply expectations consistently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Oracle HCM Learning.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support talent reviews, including preparing materials, organizing data, and partnering with leaders.
  • Support succession planning by capturing and maintaining succession plans, tracking readiness and gaps, and ensuring follow-through on development actions.
  • Support performance management by coordinating activities, developing guidance for leaders, and ensuring consistent use of expectations, check-ins, and evaluation practices.
  • Build practical tools for leaders, such as templates, job aids, talking points, and guides.
  • Use data and feedback to review and improve processes, identifying areas where leaders need more support.
  • Assist with job architecture and organizational initiatives, such as clarifying roles, career paths, and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other leaders to align programs with strategic goals and core values.
