The Organizational Effectiveness Consultant serves as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders, HR leadership, and business stakeholders to diagnose organizational challenges and drive sustainable improvements in performance, engagement, and culture. Using a consulting mindset and a systems-thinking approach, this role assesses organizational needs, designs and deploys enterprise and local solutions, and influences leaders to adopt evidence-based practices that strengthen team effectiveness and organizational capability. The Consultant partners closely with Regional HR Vice Presidents (RHRVPs), HR Directors (HRDs), and other enterprise leaders to guide strategy alignment, facilitate high-impact team interventions, and support change efforts that enable business objectives. This role emphasizes influence without authority, strategic insight, data-driven recommendations, and facilitation at the senior leadership level to improve outcomes across the organization.
