About The Position

The Organizational Development Specialist plays a critical role in fostering a high-performing, people-centered culture and strengthening employee engagement across GreenPath. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, engagement, and internal communication. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in organizational development principles and change management, combined with excellent communication skills and a collaborative, human-centered approach.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in organizational development.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing OD interventions (e.g., culture initiatives, engagement programs, change management).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging across audiences and channels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and collaborate at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams or similar virtual collaboration tools.
  • Experience with MURAL or other online collaboration platforms.
  • Experience recording audio and syncing audio tracks in video or eLearning content.
  • Experience creating instructional infographics (e.g., Canva or similar tools).
  • Demonstrates discretion when handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to inclusive, accurate, compelling, and measurable work.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn and apply GreenPath core capabilities (empathy, Human-Centered Design, behavioral economics) and IDEA principles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen organizational culture, align initiatives with company values, and enhance employee engagement in partnership with Employee Experience.
  • Design, administer, and analyze employee feedback mechanisms (e.g., engagement surveys, focus groups), translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Talent leadership to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities related to culture and employee experience.
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives by developing communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and adoption frameworks.
  • Partner with Employee Experience and Talent Development to support training and enablement for new processes, systems, or organizational structures.
  • Provide consultative support to leaders and teams navigating change.
  • Collaborate with Employee Experience (EE) and Talent Development (TD) to assess learning needs that support organizational goals and employee growth.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, learning sessions, or team interventions focused on change management and team effectiveness.
  • Support the Manager of Employee Experience in the evolution and implementation of performance management processes to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Assist the Director of Talent in evaluating and optimizing organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with the Implementation Manager on FiQuest change management release strategies to drive adoption.
  • Support the Manager of Talent Development with the design of effective training experiences.
