About The Position

In this role, you will be at the heart of team mobilization. You will support the company in the design, coordination of implementation, and evaluation of organizational and management practices aimed at fostering a healthy, inclusive, and fulfilling work environment. You will be able to leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as your ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously in an organized and structured manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in guidance counseling, psychology, or industrial relations.
  • Accumulate between three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Master the Microsoft Office suite (particularly PowerPoint).
  • Mastery of the French language, both oral and written, as well as advanced mastery of the English language, both oral and written, due to the nature of the tasks and interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients, and suppliers, and to meet the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate mobilization sessions aimed at strengthening team engagement and performance by helping them reflect on their work methods and identify improvement levers.
  • Support managers in mobilizing their teams by fostering collaboration, accountability, and a climate of trust.
  • Transform human issues into concrete and mobilizing actions.
  • Contribute to the manager experience by facilitating the monthly onboarding session dedicated to them and evolving it based on best practices.
  • Coordinate the employee-collaborator development program in line with the organizational culture, acting as a content expert to address managers' issues and concerns.
  • Support human resources partners with advice, tools, and solutions adapted to their organizational development challenges.
  • Contribute to the evolution of key human resources programs such as engagement, performance management, recognition, onboarding and integration, EDI (equity, diversity, and inclusion), hybrid work mode, and organizational culture.
