About The Position

The Workforce Solutions (WS) Learning & Organizational Development Consultant brings thought leadership, innovation, and strategy to the design, development, and delivery of L&OD at Equifax, in order to achieve our purpose of helping people live their financial best. The L&OD Consultant is responsible for further developing the organizational skills and abilities of our WS talent and is responsible for designing and delivering learning and organizational development programs and experiences across all of WS. The L&OD consultant works closely with Global Talent Management, HRBPs, and business leaders to ensure the L&OD efforts optimize business results through personal and professional development throughout the employee life cycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a global or multinational company ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site, matrixed environment, in a Learning and Development role
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience)
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learning technologies
• Demonstrated expertise in needs analysis, performance consulting, and program evaluation
• Strong background in leadership and business content skill development
• Excellent relationship management and communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels in a global / matrixed organization
• Excellent facilitation skills (in-person and virtual)
• Experience with the administration of courses and learning journeys in a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Proven track record of hands-on execution with business impact
• Expertise with learning content development software and tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond etc
• Demonstrated expertise using Excel / Google Sheets in working with data to identify impact, trends and provide data to stakeholders in an easily consumable format

• Experience in human capital planning from a skills, experiences, and capabilities stand point as we continue to prepare colleagues with the skills of the future today
• Knowledge of Workforce Solutions products, platforms and people
• Experience as a content manager of Workday Learning
• Certification to deliver psychometric assessments (DISC, MBTI etc)
• Expertise in AI, AI adoption, and AI enabled learning tools (especially within the Google Suite of Solutions)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
• Design, develop, and deliver a wide range of learning solutions, including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, blended learning programs, workshops, simulations, and other innovative approaches.
• Lead the development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business objectives and talent development needs.
• Align learning with adult learning principles and best practices.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences in the areas of organizational change, soft skills, and leadership development, both in-person and virtually.
• Consult with business leaders and HR partners to diagnose root causes of performance issues and recommend targeted learning interventions that drive measurable business results.
• Collaborate with members of the WS Talent Management Team and Global Learning Community for upskilling and dissemination of best practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs by leading and implementing appropriate measurement and analytics tools to monitor learning effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
• Continuously challenge the status quo to ensure ongoing enhancements to existing programs and ways of working.
• Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies and trends, bringing best practices in-house.
• Partner with Workday SMEs to evaluate and recommend new learning technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience and drive innovation.
