About The Position

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Organizational Development, the Organizational Development Consultant (ODC) will be responsible for the execution, implementation, coordination, and delivery of field initiatives that strengthen leadership capacity, assist in talent development, aid in succession planning, and implement the performance management framework for Retail, Post Retail, Supply Chain, eCommerce, GCS, and GSG. The ODC is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training and development programs that build capacity across all GWCTX locations and business units. This role partners with business leaders to strengthen onboarding, elevate leadership effectiveness, and support career growth for team members at all levels of the organization. By aligning training strategies with business objectives, the ODC plays a critical role in improving employee engagement, reducing turnover, and driving business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field- OR equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizational development or a related role
  • Experience with project management and change management methodologies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of successful organizational change initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite and relevant software
  • Experience in a specific industry relevant to the client base
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with stakeholder management and client relations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Proven experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions
  • Familiarity with performance management systems and tools
  • Understanding of business process improvement techniques
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate Team Members' scheduling.
  • Valid Texas driver's license, current liability insurance, reliable transportation, and approved driving record
  • Bilingual preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Talent Management, or Talent Development professional.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies, leadership development, employee engagement, and succession planning.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement

  • Create and implement performance management systems
  • Lead structured Team Member Orientation and Onboarding programs.
