About The Position

The Office of Student Engagement is seeking an Organization Suite Attendant for Student Employment. This role involves supporting the creation and execution of leadership development events and programs within the organization suite, hosting these events, and assisting organization and club members. The attendant will also be responsible for advertising resources, maintaining daily logs, distributing mail, and enforcing policies. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills, as well as dependability and punctuality.

  • Possess positive attitude towards the Student Center and the University

Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of and enforcement of policies and procedures of the student center in addition to university policies
  • Support creation and execution of leadership development events and programs within the organization suite
  • Host assigned leadership development events and programs within the organization suite
  • Attend training sessions, monthly meetings, and professional development seminars
  • Greet and answer questions for organization and club members in the organization suite
  • Attend scheduled shifts
  • Advertise leadership development events and organization suite resources
  • Arrive to shifts on time; properly clock in and out
  • Complete daily logs
  • Log and distribute mail to clubs and organizations
  • Perform other requested duties as needed
