About The Position

The Order Puller works at the Pinch A Penny Suncoast Chemicals Plant in Clearwater, Florida, and reports directly to the Shipping Supervisor. The role is responsible for accurately verifying merchandise and properly palletizing it for loading and delivery. Work includes picking and checking orders, handling merchandise, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized loading area. This is a safety-sensitive position. External employment offers are contingent on successful pre-employment drug testing and background verification.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Warehouse and/or receiving experience.
Forklift experience.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Satisfactory attendance and ability to meet qualitative and quantitative performance standards.
Ability to lift 60 pounds or more with a team lift.

Responsibilities

Organize the loading area and use a bar scanner and picking ticket to verify picked merchandise.
Check merchandise for damage or dirt and remove damaged merchandise.
Operate an order picker lift and stack and wrap merchandise on pallets in an organized and safe manner.
Perform daily cleanup duties according to department guidelines.
Hand-stack merchandise and use full-range peripheral vision to operate warehouse equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
