About The Position

As a Hub Order Puller, you will work as part of a warehouse and order fulfillment team supporting AutoZone’s Hub and Mega Hub distribution operations. These regional and super-regional centers stock automotive parts for store replenishment and retail and commercial customers, helping provide same-day or next-day availability. The role involves inventory management, stocking, order processing, and assisting customers, with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. Requirements

Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift, load, and move merchandise.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving, stock associate, material handling, or logistics experience.
Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Assist with inventory control, stock merchandise, and organize products efficiently.
Pick, pack, and process orders while ensuring a 99% accuracy rate for timely delivery.

Help customers find auto parts and provide alternatives when needed.
Follow OSHA safety guidelines, use protective equipment, and help maintain a secure workspace.
Process returned items and ensure they are restocked correctly.
