About The Position

The Order Puller performs warehouse functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving warehouse stock. The role is based in Odessa, Texas.

Requirements

• One to two years of warehouse-related experience in shipping and receiving.
• Excellent work ethic and the ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player.
• Qualified applicants must pass a background check and drug test.
• Regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects weighing 10–50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing more than 100 pounds.
• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Occasionally sit and climb or balance.
• Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, and the ability to adjust and focus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a reach truck, forklift, and order picker.
• Experience with carbon flanges and fittings.
• Experience on a sit-down forklift, stand-up reach truck, or picker.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat; sweep, dust, and mop.
• Organize the warehouse and work area to maintain orderliness.
• Wear the proper safety equipment at all times.
• Follow all safety rules.
