About The Position
The Order Processor sets up jobs according to builders’ selections and orders materials based on purchase orders (POs). The role coordinates job details, enters materials and quantities, verifies pricing, and reviews POs for accuracy. The position is non-exempt and works in an office environment, where it may be necessary to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate jobs according to builders’ selections.
- Enter orders for job materials based on the PO.
- Enter order quantities based on measurements or the customer PO.
- Verify that pricing on the PO is correct.
- Review POs for accuracy of materials, quantities, and pricing.
