Order Processing Associate
About The Position
Xometry is seeking an organized, detail-oriented multi-tasker to join its Customer and Partner Care team as an Order Processing Coordinator (Specialist). This role supports order processing, sales support, and data integrity while helping ensure excellent customer experiences and successful outcomes. The position is responsible for receiving and processing sales orders, resolving order discrepancies with customers, researching information across websites and systems, and collaborating with internal teams to remove barriers to placing orders. The listed shift is 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST.
Requirements

- Accuracy when entering information and data into multiple systems.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process sales orders, accurately identifying customer accounts, part numbers, pricing, shipping requirements, quality clauses, and terms.
- Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies between orders and drive successful outcomes.
- Navigate multiple websites and systems to research customer-related information.
- Partner with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Quality, and Engineering to remove barriers to customers placing orders.
- Work effectively in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment requiring strong teamwork.
- Serve as a main point of contact for requests or questions related to purchase orders, optimizing the customer experience.
