About The Position

Xometry is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Order Processing Associate to join its Customer and Partner Care team. The role supports order processing, sales support, and data integrity, while helping customers achieve successful outcomes and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The position involves processing sales orders, resolving order discrepancies with customers, researching information across multiple systems, and collaborating with internal teams to remove barriers to placing orders. The work takes place in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that requires teamwork.

The listed shift is 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST (10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PST). The estimated annual base salary range is $42,000–$50,000, depending on job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certification, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process sales orders, accurately determining customer account, part number, pricing, shipping requirements, quality clauses, and terms.
• Communicate with customers to resolve order discrepancies and work toward successful outcomes.
• Navigate multiple websites and systems to research customer-related information.
• Partner with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Quality, and Engineering to remove barriers to customers placing orders.
• Work effectively in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment requiring strong teamwork.
• Serve as a main point of contact for purchase order requests and questions to optimize the customer experience.
