About The Position

Xometry is seeking an organized, detail-oriented multi-tasker to join its Customer and Partner Care team as an Order Processing Coordinator (Specialist). This role supports order processing, sales support, and data integrity while helping customers achieve successful outcomes. The position is one of the main points of contact for customer requests and questions about purchase orders. The listed shift is 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST (10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PST).

Accuracy when entering information and data into multiple systems.

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Responsibilities

Receive and process sales orders, accurately determining customer accounts, part numbers, pricing, shipping requirements, quality clauses, and terms.
Communicate with customers to resolve order discrepancies and work toward successful outcomes.
Navigate multiple websites and systems to research customer-related information.
Partner with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Quality, and Engineering to remove barriers to customers placing orders.
Work effectively in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment that requires strong teamwork.
Serve as a main point of contact for customer requests or questions about purchase orders and optimize the customer experience.
