Your role: Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and order requests through phone, chat, email, and other communication channels. Provide timely, professional support while resolving issues and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Process customer orders with accuracy through electronic systems and data entry, while handling questions related to products, services, and account information. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Build strong relationships with customers and field sales representatives by providing responsive support and proactive communication. Anticipate customer needs and help drive positive outcomes. Maintain accuracy and quality by following established procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with strong attention to detail. Work collaboratively within the Order Management team while managing responsibilities independently with minimal supervision. Support Durable Medical Equipment (DME) order processing across the U.S. and Canada, with a primary focus on U.S. customers.
