About The Position

Keep life-changing sleep and respiratory care moving—one order at a time. Your role: Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and order requests through phone, chat, email, and other communication channels. Provide timely, professional support while resolving issues and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Process customer orders with accuracy through electronic systems and data entry, while handling questions related to products, services, and account information. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Build strong relationships with customers and field sales representatives by providing responsive support and proactive communication. Anticipate customer needs and help drive positive outcomes. Maintain accuracy and quality by following established procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with strong attention to detail. Work collaboratively within the Order Management team while managing responsibilities independently with minimal supervision. Support Durable Medical Equipment (DME) order processing across the U.S. and Canada, with a primary focus on U.S. customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or vocational education
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong technical acumen
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to efficiently navigate multiple technical platforms simultaneously while adapting to change with ease
  • Self-starter with a positive, customer-first mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to take pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to represent the Sleep & Respiratory Care team with integrity and a commitment to outstanding service
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Murrysville, PA.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or higher is preferred
  • Call center experience is preferred
  • Skills in troubleshooting and providing technical support are preferred
