About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Specialist supports on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence by ensuring customer orders are accurately prioritized, tracked, and fulfilled. The role works cross-functionally with Production Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Shipping, and Manufacturing. It combines production coordination, logistics, data analysis, reporting, and customer communication to improve efficiency throughout the order fulfillment process. The position is based onsite in Orlando, Florida, with standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Safety glasses and hearing protection are required in designated areas.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and functional teams.
Experience using ERP systems or similar business software.
Ability to interpret data and make recommendations that improve operational performance.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or supply chain environment.
Experience with ERP systems such as Syteline, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience with Power BI, reporting tools, or business analytics.
Knowledge of inventory management, production planning, shipping, and logistics processes.
Continuous improvement or process optimization experience.

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize customer orders to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Production Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Shipping teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
Monitor order status, inventory levels, and production schedules to identify and resolve potential delays.
Expedite priority orders and communicate shipment updates and order status to internal stakeholders.
Generate and analyze fulfillment, backlog, inventory, and shipping reports to support business decisions.
Use ERP systems and reporting tools to track orders and improve operational visibility.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and delivery performance.
Support fulfillment activities, including pick ticket distribution and order-related documentation.
Provide internal and external customer service through proactive communication and problem-solving.
