About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Specialist I optimizes daily fulfillment and customer delivery processes, with a focus on customer experience. The role schedules outbound shipments, manages internal and external routing activity, and completes the shipping process. It is onsite at the facility in Janesville, Wisconsin, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• One year of relevant distribution or fulfillment experience using leading technologies.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and handle risk and uncertainty.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills; highly motivated, upbeat, and positive.

Nice To Haves

• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end OTC business processes, including Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Invoice Management, and Inventory Segmentation and Management.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Initiate scheduling and routing for outbound shipments, working with transportation counterparts and customer contacts.
• Use systems to monitor expected outbound shipments, expedite fulfillment when possible, and manage customer expectations when issues arise.
• Ensure scheduled and routed shipments are completed on time to meet customer expectations, escalating process challenges when appropriate.
• Assist with initiating the daily shipping process across distribution facilities.
