Order Fulfillment Associate Part Time
About The Position
The Order Fulfillment Associate stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked and clearly labeled. The role maintains product display signage and price tags, handles damaged or spoiled goods according to company policies, and helps keep the club clean and organized by removing trash and cardboard. Associates maintain club policies and procedures and may work in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function. The associate supports BJ’s service and club standards by working collaboratively, acting with honesty and integrity, maintaining a friendly and positive attitude, and helping provide members with a safe, clean, and positive experience. The position may require continuous movement around the club and handling merchandise in a busy indoor environment.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
Nice To Haves
- Previous grocery or stock experience preferred.
- Big box or wholesale retail experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food; ensure merchandise is fully stocked.
- Maintain product display signage and create or apply labels and sales tags so product labels and prices are clear and visible.
- Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
- Maintain club policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
- Support member service, safety, teamwork, and daily club standards.
- Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
