About The Position

Responsible for general warehouse and order-fulfillment activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to a staging area, verifying merchandise and counts with a handheld RF scanner, updating merchandise locations, and operating equipment. The role supports digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. The position is listed as part time, with 30 hours and full open availability required.

The associate provides friendly service, follows club policies and procedures, meets productivity and service-level expectations, and works with club leadership and teammates to resolve inventory, equipment, and performance issues. The role also includes securely packaging orders, keeping the OMNI/SFC workspace clean and organized, processing returns, and performing other duties or supporting other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Must meet OMNI productivity expectations, including service-level agreements, performance metrics, and goals.
• Must be able to continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds; lifting or moving objects over 50 pounds may be required with assistance.
• Must be able to move about continuously on hard surfaces and frequently bend, climb, crawl, handle, pull, reach, stoop, and position oneself to examine or scan merchandise.

Nice To Haves

• Previous order-pulling experience.

Responsibilities

• Pull merchandise from pick lists using a handheld RF scanner and verify merchandise and counts.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area and update merchandise locations using the scanner.
• Communicate inventory or equipment problems, as well as expired or short-dated items on pick lists.
• Notify club team members when merchandise needs replenishment and work with the team to pull merchandise from the reserve area when possible.
• Pick orders promptly and meet productivity requirements, deadlines, service-level agreements, and performance metrics.
• Follow operational processes and established SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Take responsibility for individual performance and work with club leadership when metrics are not met.
• Package orders securely according to standard operating procedures.
• Keep the SFC area neat, clean, and organized; remove trash and cardboard and handle damaged or spoiled products according to procedures.
• Process returns to the club and determine how to handle them via DDR or the Membership desk.
• Follow club policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and dress code standards.
• Deliver friendly service, address and deescalate member concerns, and help maintain a safe, positive environment.
• Maintain clean, organized storage bins and the OMNI workspace according to club and safety standards.
• Attend work regularly and predictably; perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
