Order Fulfillment Associate Part Time
About The Position
The Order Fulfillment Associate stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food; keeps products fully stocked and clearly labeled; and helps maintain a neat, clean, and organized club. The role supports club policies, procedures, safety, member service, and daily GOLD standards, and may include work in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job. The position involves continuous movement around the club, frequent handling and examination of merchandise, and working indoors around moving machinery and loud equipment. Exposure to temperature extremes in freezers, ovens, or coolers and occasional exposure to cleaning agents may occur. The pay range is $17.50–$21.44.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds continuously; may need to lift and move heavier or awkward objects over 50 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to move continuously on hard surfaces and frequently bend, climb, crawl, handle, pull, reach, and stoop.
Nice To Haves
- Previous grocery or stock experience preferred.
- Big box or wholesale retail experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food.
- Keep merchandise fully stocked and maintain display signage.
- Create labels or apply merchandise sales tags, ensuring labels and price tags are clear and visible.
- Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
- Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
- Follow club policies and procedures and support compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
- Support safe, positive member and team-member experiences and deliver service excellence.
- Work collaboratively to achieve daily GOLD club standards and execute promotional plans.
