Order Filler- 2nd Shift

About The Position

The Order Filler selects products from pick slots, palletizes orders, and delivers products to the dock safely and efficiently. The position operates a standup electric pallet jack to transport products and hand-selects orders in a refrigerated environment ranging from 34 to 55 degrees. The Order Filler stacks products on pallets according to proper selection procedures, stages pallets at the correct dock locations, maintains and safely operates assigned equipment, and shrink-wraps products on the loading dock. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to meet or exceed established minimum efficiency levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively as related to the job and safety regulations.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, traverse a warehouse unassisted, and stand for more than 8 hours.
Must successfully pass pre-employment background screening.

Responsibilities

Select the correct products from pick slots.
Palletize orders by stacking products on pallets according to proper selecting procedures.
Deliver products to the dock safely and efficiently using a standup electric pallet jack.
Stage pallets at the proper dock locations for loading.
Maintain and safely operate assigned equipment.
Shrink-wrap products on the loading dock.
Perform other duties as assigned.
