About The Position

The Order Filler performs warehousing activities involving the receipt, storage, issuance, reconstitution, inventory, and shipment of bulk and individual gear and equipment. The role includes accurately packing and shipping PGI material, receiving and fulfilling customer orders, picking and packing merchandise, checking orders for accuracy, and tracking inventory and shipments. The position also supports public affairs consultants serving as project leads for environmental-focused communication projects and performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience performing warehouse duties, including packing, shipping, receiving, filling customer orders, picking merchandise, checking orders for accuracy, and tracking inventory and shipments.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with good time-management skills and the ability to manage workload with minimal oversight.
• Ability to obtain forklift safety certification.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must pass Cherokee Federal pre-employment qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, reconstitution, inventorying, and shipping bulk and individual gear and equipment.
• Accurately pack and ship PGI material.
• Receive and fill customer orders.
• Pick merchandise from warehouse shelves, pack merchandise, verify packed items against orders, and track inventory and shipments.
• Support public affairs consultants who serve as project leads for environmental-focused communication projects.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
