About The Position

Hensley Beverage Company, a multi-generational, family-owned Arizona beverage wholesaler, is seeking an Order Filler to build orders accurately and efficiently within company time frames and provide outstanding customer service. The role uses voice-picking software and an electric pallet jack (walkie-rider) to pick cases and orders. Employees must be willing and able to cross-train in other warehouse functions, including Repack, Replenishment, Product Put Away, and Receiving. The stated schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have good communication skills and a cheerful disposition.
Provide excellent customer service.
Work well with others and interact with diverse personalities.
Read code dates proficiently.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Have reliable transportation.
Maintain good attendance.
Be able to work holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous beverage industry or warehouse experience is helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Maintain a culture of “Safety First.”
Use voice-picking software to build orders at or above company standards for productivity and accuracy.
Keep the work environment clean while working.
Be willing and able to cross-train in warehouse functions, including Repack, Replenishment, Product Put Away, and Receiving.
Occasionally work overtime to complete work.
Follow Hensley processes to complete work accurately and efficiently.
Communicate issues and workflow-improvement ideas to managers.
Exhibit professional behavior at all times.
Use an electric pallet jack (walkie-rider) while picking cases and orders.
