About The Position

AWG is hiring an Order Selector to manually select cases using a Lucas headset and double pallet jack, then take completed orders to the loading dock for shipment. The shift starts at 9 a.m. and continues until the work is complete. This fast-paced role involves continuous movement and offers incentive pay tied to safe and efficient order completion. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to work weekends.
Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 90 pounds.
Must be able to walk and stand for long periods.
Must be able to work in varying temperatures, from room temperature to -10°.

Hourly pay from $22.00 to $30.00, with an opportunity for weekly incentives of up to 50% more per hour.
