About The Position

The Order Filler keeps customer orders moving by pulling, checking, and packing parts accurately and on time. The role follows standard procedures to ensure shipments are correct and protected before leaving the distribution center. The position is at TVH’s new South Bend, Indiana distribution center. Startup hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, shifting to Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM once the distribution center officially opens in 2027.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or one year of relevant work experience.
• At least one year of general warehouse experience.
• Ability to accurately match part numbers.
• Basic proficiency using the Internet and/or computer systems to locate information.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures for pulling and checking orders.
• Verify order accuracy and relabel outgoing shipments.
• Check and pack orders according to the packing slip, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Select appropriate shipping containers to maximize product protection.
• Clean the work area at the end of each shift.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
